Founder and President of Toastmasters Tirana, Endri is dedicated to growing leadership and communication skills among Albanians worldwide, fostering development in the country’s first Toastmasters club.
Driven by a passion for sales and a desire to connect with people, Claudio developed a strong attraction to effective communication. With experience managing departments and teams, he first encountered Toastmasters in the U.S. during university, but only attended their first meeting in Italy in 2007. Since then, Toastmasters has been a source of continuous self-growth, leadership development, and an endless source of emotions and fun.
Besjana Hysa, a Project Manager with a strong background in Computer Engineering and Information Systems, co-founded the Albanian Institute of Science (AIS). She has implemented key transparency-driven projects like Open Data Albania and Open Procurement Albania, and led innovative initiatives such as DiploHack, HackaThons, and DataThons. Currently, she works with the Gender Alliance for Development Center, focusing on women's empowerment and gender budgeting. A frequent event speaker, she excels in organizing impactful, data-driven activities.
Christoph has been a Toastmaster since 2016, active in both corporate and community clubs. Twice an Area Director, he is currently Division Director E, overseeing 20 clubs in Zurich. An engineer by training, Christoph values clear communication and enjoys meeting new people and traveling, leveraging Toastmasters to enhance his leadership and communication skills.
Zukhra is a Distinguished Toastmaster since 2007, holding roles such as VPE, President, Area Director, and D109 Club Extension Chair. Honored as District 109 Toastmaster of the Year (2016-2017), she has organized contests and TLIs, contributing to member development and organizational growth. Now serving as District Events Advisor, Zukhra believes in sharing knowledge, ensuring it benefits the Toastmasters community.
Néstor A. Bartolomei is an entrepreneurial design strategist helping SMEs build brand identities, designs, and business strategies. He holds an MBA in luxury brand management and has a background in interior architecture. A Toastmaster since 2015, he served as Lakeshore Speakers Neuchatel club President, founded the 3sclub, and is District 109 PR Manager. Néstor finds growth through his entrepreneurial work, guided by his wife and faith.
Katia Burdet has been a Toastmaster since 2012, serving in key roles across multiple clubs. She is currently District 109's Program Quality Director. With a degree in Management Engineering, an MBA, and over 15 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager, Katia now leads the Purchasing and Supply Chain at SSI-SCHAEFER. A certified coach, TEDx speaker, and mother of two, she believes fun is essential to success, inspired by Don Bosco and Ralph Smedley.
